How Do I Update the Street Service Calendar?

Broadcast your service locations on our site by updating the Street Service Calendar on your Roaming Hunger Dashboard. To get started, log on and visit Settings → Street Service Calendar. If you do not have a login, please contact the Vendor Relations Team.

To add an individual event, select the Add New Event button at the top right of the calendar, or hover over the event date and click the Add New Event button that pops up. 

From the pop-up, start typing the name or address of the venue, and select the location that gets auto-filled. From there, you’ll be able to set the date, time, and whether it will be a repeating event. 

COVID-19 Update: We encourage vendors to include text/call ahead information in the location space.

If this is a repeating event, click the blue Repeating Event link, and you’ll be able to select a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom repetition range.

Sync a Google Calendar

The easiest way to keep your Roaming Hunger Street Service Calendar up to date is to link an existing Google Calendar account to your Dashboard. You’ll see this option at the bottom of your calendar.

Select the account where you store your Google Calendar.

Select the calendar you want to sync from the dropdown, and select “Add to my calendar.”

The calendar is now synced to your Roaming Hunger account and will display on your public profile and on your city's catering page.
