How Do I Change the City on My Profile?

You're moving? Awesome! Roaming Hunger can still send you event leads in your new city. Let's get started:

Update Your Business Address

Send us your new business address (e.g. 123 Sesame Street, New York, NY 10023). We'll use it to update your event hub and your service radius. This address is for internal use only and will not be displayed publicly.

What's an event hub? An event hub is a city where we get a lot of leads. They're listed on our Find Food Trucks page. If you live in a smaller city or town, we will match your business address to the closest event hub, which is why they might not match perfectly with your business address.

Update Your Documents

When moving to a new city, you must update these two documents on your Dashboard:

• Your W-9 Form
• Your health permit

Fine-Tune Your Radius

Set a driving radius around your business address by completing the Services section of your Dashboard. This will determine how near or far your event leads will be.

Do You Service Multiple Event Hubs?

If you cater in multiple cities, we can accommodate in a couple of ways. While we can assign your profile to multiple event hubs, your profile will only display on the first city entered.

If you operate in an area where event hubs are close to each other, setting a wide travel radius will bring you leads from multiple event hubs.

If your brand services event hubs that are far apart, we may need to make separate profiles for each event hub (e.g. Food Truck - Miami and Food Truck - Orlando). Just let us know.
