How Long Do Events Stay "Waiting on Client?"

Once you apply to a catering event, the status of that lead will shift to Waiting on Client. This means the host has received your application but has not made a decision yet. Below, you'll find estimated wait times for pending events that are marked Waiting on Client.

1. 48 Hours (2 days): The event stops taking proposals, and the client receives a list of all applicants.
2. 96 Hours (4 days): A "Cancel my bid" button will appear on the lead, letting you withdraw your proposal.
3. 2 Weeks: After two weeks of client inaction, the lead will expire, and you may seek other opportunities.
