What Does the Client See When I Apply to An Event?

When you apply to a Roaming Hunger event, your application is added to a list with all other applicants. The client then selects the applicants they want at their event. The rest are declined.

When you are approved for an event, you will receive an email notification and see the event confirmed on your Roaming Hunger Dashboard (log in here).

Catering Events(?)

When you submit a catering package for an event, the client will get a list of packages that feature each vendor's name, the per-person price they're offering, and the menu selection that the client will receive at that per-person price. If you have additional setup or travel fees, please factor those into your per-person price before applying.

Vending Events(?)

Instead of packages, the client will receive a list of public profiles. They will view each profile and make their decisions based on how it looks. Below, you'll see a sample profile:
