How Do I Apply to a Vending Event?

To apply to vending events, log on to your Dashboard and click the Vending tab: 

"Host Managed" vs. "Booked by Roaming Hunger"

When booking, each event host has the choice to manage their own event or hire Roaming Hunger to do it for them. If they choose to do it on their own, the event is Host Managed. If Roaming Hunger manages it, you will see a Booked by Roaming Hunger label. Most events are Host Managed. The event host has posted their information on our site, and they will manage it themselves. What you see is what you get. If chosen, you will coordinate logistics and payment with the host directly. IMPORTANT: Host Managed events do not come with guarantees. Book at your own risk. For events that are Booked by Roaming Hunger, you will work with one of our Event Coordinators. They will provide logistical support for you at the event. These events may have a booking deposit and/or revenue share requirements. Please review them on the event lead before you apply.


Applying to a Host-Managed Vending Event

Click the listing on your Vending page. You will have the option to choose Apply to Event or Not Interested.

This is what the client sees when you apply to their event.

You will know you’ve been Confirmed when you receive an email that “You've Been Matched,” and the Confirmed event appears at the top of your Vending tab. 

Click the Confirmed lead, and you will get the host's contact information. Contact them directly to finalize your agreement. 


Applying to Events Booked by Roaming Hunger

Events labeled Booked by Roaming Hunger are more secure than Host Managed. Roaming Hunger actively manages these events and may provide a minimum guarantee to protect your business if sales fall short.

The listings look a little different from event-hosted leads. These are the only events on the Roaming Hunger platform that may have a fee attached. Please review the posted deposit and revenue share amounts before applying. Then, select  Apply to Event.

When you’re Confirmed for one of these events, all information will be emailed directly to you. If you have questions, contact your Roaming Hunger Event Coordinator or email events@roaminghunger.com.

Before you go to the event, make sure you've uploaded all required paperwork to your Roaming Hunger Dashboard. This will enable us to pay you a minimum guarantee, when applicable.
