The Host Isn't Responding; What Do I Do?

Host Managed Events

If the vending event is Host Managed, keep reaching out to them using the contact information listed on the lead. If they do not respond, and you feel the need to withdraw, notify them of your withdrawal, then you may cancel the booking.

Remember: Host Managed vending events are fully managed by the host. Roaming Hunger cannot provide support or reimbursement for Host Managed events.

Events Booked by Roaming Hunger

Once you have completed all paperwork requirements and signed the booking contract provided by your Event Coordinator, you will be put in touch with the host.

If you have submitted a question and not heard back from your Event Coordinator within 1 business day, please email the Vendor Experience Team with the 6-digit Event ID (shown below), and we will be able to assist.
