How Do I Get Paid for a Catering Event?
Now that you've completed your catering event, let's get you paid. Once all requirements are met:
Roaming Hunger processes payments within 7 business days following the event date. You may find the Expected Final Payout Date on your confirmed event lead:
Payments do not arrive immediately.
- ACH: Your bank may take 1-2 business days to clear a direct deposit payment.
- Bill Pay: We will mail your check within 7 business days after the event.
Requirements for Payment
Below is a list of minimum requirements to get paid for a Roaming Hunger event. The links below will take you to the pages on your Dashboard where you can complete these requirements:

- Read and sign our Vendor Catering Agreement.
- Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI). (requirements here)
- Payments
- Set up all business information, payment methods, and tax forms here.
Special Circumstances
Large corporate clients may have their own payment schedules. If you book a large corporate event through Roaming Hunger, payment may be delayed until we receive the full amount from the client. Check in with your Event Coordinator for updates.
